Managing widgets
The dashboard
Site Console → Dashboard gives you the whole picture across your widgets:
- Usage against your plan: comments, media storage, widgets and moderators, with your plan's status.
- Totals: widgets, pages, unique users and comments.
- Your widgets: each with its comments, pending comments and media storage. New Widget creates another one.
The sidebar lists every widget you belong to, yours and the ones you were invited to, with a badge for your role: Owner, Admin or Moderator. Each widget expands to the pages your role can open. See Team and roles.
Create another widget
Select New Widget on the dashboard and fill in the same form as in the Quick start: name, domain, optional logo and content category. Each site, or each part of a site you want to keep apart, gets its own widget with its own app key. How many widgets you can have depends on your plan.
Widget statistics
Your widget → General shows how the comments on this widget are doing:
- Total Comments, Total Users, Pages with Comments and Total Media Size.
- Approval Rate and Total Likes, with a chart of approved, pending and other comments.
- Engagement: Avg Comments/Page, Avg Likes/Comment, Comments/User and Engagement Rate.
- Daily activity: comments and media uploaded per day.
Widget settings
Only the owner can open Your widget → Settings.
- Logo: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB and 2048 × 2048 pixels.
- Widget Name: shown to your readers and your team.
- Domain: the hostname where the widget is used, such as
example.com. If you use single sign-on, its sign-in and sign-out pages must be on this domain.
Select Save changes to apply them.
Delete a widget
At the bottom of Settings, Delete Widget removes the widget for good. To confirm, type the widget's name; you can add an optional reason.
